The current version of the Bell 206 “Jet Ranger” by Dreamfoil Creations is already a good 15 years old, and now a new edition is in the works. This is revealed by various preview screenshots that have recently been appearing on the developer's Facebook page. According to these, the developer is currently in the process of completing the 3D model. However, these are already in-sim. There is no exact release date yet, but we will keep you posted.
By the way: Some people have probably been wanting to finally fly a DreamFoil helicopter in Microsoft Flight Simulator for quite some time. This wish could come true in the distant future, according to a comment on Facebook. In response to a question on this topic, the developer writes that he is considering it and that it is an option, but certainly not “soon.” The focus is currently on the existing X-Plane portfolio and X-Plane 12.
